Since I have dropped about 40 pounds, people ask me all the time how I did it. Let's be honest, there really isn't any way around it. Yes I am at the gym 6 days a week, but eating healthy is just as important. So I decided to share one of my most favorite healthy things to eat. I eat one of these almost every day for lunch! They are so quick to make and if you use the right amount of ingredients they are also low in calories and packed with nutrition. Just be sure to use a whole wheat tortilla because the fiber will make sure that you feel full so that you aren't tempted to eat more. :)
Ingredients:
2 tsp natural creamy peanut butter
1/2 banana (sliced)
1 whole wheat tortilla
